Staff Training at Bryden House

Maintaining and gaining new skills have always been part of our philosophy here at Bryden House. As part of this, staff took part in “clinical observations training’ with a practical demonstration of skills. It allows health care workers to understand the importance of assessing residents who are experiencing changes in their physical health and how to escalate their concerns following an assessment.

The training was attended by all senior staff and nurses at Bryden House.

One member of staff stated ‘it was good to get refreshers and the latest guidance’, another stated she ‘looked forward to implementing the new skills’.
