Professional Safe Survey (June 2023)

As part of Bryden House continued quality assurance to improve our service, we carried out a survey to ensure the service is safe in delivering high quality and person-centred care. By safe, we mean people are protected from abuse and avoidable harm.

Feedback was sought from the professional advisors. What do we mean by professional advisors, these are the likes of GP’s, social workers, assistant nurse practitioner and chiropodist etc, we are grateful for those who respond. We always seek informal feedback from such groups and have good relationships.
