With the implementation of the new bathroom on the ground floor we wanted to know what the service users’ views were on the bathing experience. It is important to know that the new bath tailors to our service users needs, in accordance to their original wishes.
- The survey was conducted at the end of January 2020, from all those who have used the bath (100%) which equates to a 20% feedback based on occupancy.
- All respondents rated their experience very highly. All gave the highest score.
- All respondents felt the bathing experience was safe.
- All respondents had used, and liked the spa facility
- All respondents would recommend the bath to other service users.
- We will continue to encourage more service users to use the bath. This survey highlights the benefits of this bath.
