We fully understand and recognise that during these exceptional times it is a difficult time for loved ones not to be able to visit their relative at Bryden House. But, please be assured that our hard working, dedicated staff still continue to provide care and support to all of our residents.
In light of the visiting restriction, if you do wish to speak to your loved one at Bryden and they don’t have their own mobile phone, there are a couple of ways we can assist.
Give us a call.
We have a cordless phone which one of our carers can take to your loved one so you can speak to them.
Facetime (Video Call)
If you have access to the facetime app on your portable device, we can help set-up a video call with your loved one. To do this, simply call us and leave us your facetime contact number. One of our carers will take the tablet to the resident and facetime you back.
Please avoid mealtimes and ‘nap times’ when trying to contact your loved one.
As our staff’s primary mission is to provide personalised care for all the residents in the home, please be patient with us when requesting the above.
Thank you.
