'Family & Visitors' Survey (February 2021)
- Family and visitors were given the opportunity to take part in this survey and express their opinion.
- A feedback questionnaire was completed to establish if they felt Bryden House meets the service user’s needs.
- Characteristics of service users is 65 years of age and above with care, nursing needs.
- 36% responded to the survey.
