'Family & Visitors' Survey (February 2021)

  • Family and visitors were given the opportunity to take part in this survey and express their opinion.
  • A feedback questionnaire was completed to establish if they felt Bryden House meets the service user’s needs.
  • Characteristics of service users is 65 years of age and above with care, nursing needs.
  • 36% responded to the survey.

'Effective' Survey (January 2021)

  • By effective, we mean that people’s care, treatment and support achieve good outcomes, promotes a good quality of life and is evidence-based where possible.
  • 88% responded to the survey.
