Dear Natalie,

Thank you for accommodating my quality assurance visit on the 3rd July 2018. The purpose of the visit was to gain assurance regarding the quality of care delivered to residents and monitor quality standards within the home.
The quality visit focused on core quality areas to ensure that the home demonstrates Effective Leadership, Safety, Clinically Effective Care, Responsiveness, Care and Compassion, and is Person Focussed. The observations/discussions from the visit have been captured within our Quality Assurance Tool and has been included for your information.
Overall, I received a satisfactory level of assurance from this visit,
Paula also discussed two areas to further improve ours service Care evaluations by Registered nurse and further training on Root Cause analysis for management which we will be taking forward. If you wish to see full correspondence please do not hesitate to speak to Natalie the manager.
